oh yeh-uh, woo-hoo, oh-yeh-uh!

we have a house! we got the one we wanted for the price we wanted. and quite quickly too. we put in our last offer at 4pm and got the call at 7pm announcing our new ownership! we are home owners! well, not officially yet...we have to sign the papers and stuff next week. but it's ours! woohoo!
