procrastination = another word for that "not ready-to-work-terrified-of-interviews-in-Dutch-afraid-i'll-never-find-a-proper-job" feeling

i wondered to myself this morning if i am subconsiously avoiding finishing my thesis so i don't have to start thinking about finding a job. there is really no reason for me to not be done yet. this is ridiculous.
but today i am going to finish painting the bookshelf, hang up a mirror in the hallway, do some laundry, clean the house, do some shopping, mail some christmas/newyears cards (late, i know), and then see if i have time to work on stats before Froukje comes over for dinner.
i'm not avoiding. just bad at planning.
